Delamar Southport is conveniently located an hour and a half north of midtown Manhattan, making it an easy to get to location for out-of-town board members. This Fall and Winter we are offering an executive meeting package (for bookings from October 1st – March 31st) for any meetings held in our Board Room.
Package rates start at $289 per person, plus tax and service (Jan-March) or $315 per person plus tax and service (Oct-Dec) and include the following:
- Overnight accommodation in a Deluxe King Room (+$40 for Superior King Room)
- 1 Day Rental of one of our Board Rooms
- Continental Breakfast
- AM Break
- Buffet Sandwich Luncheon (+$10 per person for Warm Buffet Luncheon)
- PM Break
Rates quoted above are subject to hotel availability and based on a minimum of 8 guests.
